- USD 800,000 in a qualifying Targeted Employment Area (TEA) project, including designated rural or high-unemployment areas.

A Regional Center is a USCIS-approved organization that pools EB-5 investments into large commercial projects (real estate, infrastructure, etc.). It simplifies job creation requirements since indirect and induced jobs count, making it easier to satisfy the 10-job requirement.
Not necessarily. Most EB-5 investors use Regional Center projects, which are passive investments. You do not need to manage day-to-day operations.

The I-526E petition takes approximately 12-24 months. Consular processing or adjustment of status adds another 6-12 months. You initially receive a conditional 2-year Green Card, then file I-829 to obtain permanent status.
