  • O-1 requires a U.S. employer, agent, or sponsor plus a signed contract. EB-1A allows self-petition with no job offer required.

Roadmap & Timeline

Step 01 — Analyze your profile: Collect evidence such as diplomas, publications, awards, contracts, and expert recommendation letters to confirm at least three required criteria.

Step 02 — Submit your petition: Your attorney or sponsor files Form I-129 (O-1) or Form I-140 (EB-1A) with USCIS along with all supporting documents.
